1) The customer will receive an email notification from Mosspaper that includes a summary of the quote, which includes the expiration date, description, quote amount, and who the created the quote. Also included is a link to review the quote.

2) The customer clicks on the "View Quote” link, where the quote details will open in a web browser with options to approve or reject the quote.

3) The customer clicks on “Approve.”

4) A "Sign to Approve Quote" pop-up box will appear.

5) The customer will have to input their full name and email.

6) The customer will use their mouse to sign their name in the signature box.

7) The customer will click "Approve."
