1) Once a user clicks "Approve" on the secure URL link in an email notification, a pop-up box will appear.
2) The user's customer will have to input their full name and email.
3) The user's customer will use their mouse to sign their name in the signature box.
4) The user's customer will click "Approve."
5) The system links the signature to the quote.
6) The system stores the status: Customer ID, date of approval, signature, and signed by (full name and email address).
